Proxy and IP address issues

What it means when a run errors with an IP-mismatch message.

If a workflow errors with IP address X does not match expected IP address of proxy Y, the headless browser bypassed the configured proxy.

This is an infrastructure issue, not something you can fix from the dashboard. Reach out to support@zingbot.de and reference the workflow UUID from the error report.
